Amanda Knox will be leaving Italy in a matter of hours after being acquitted of murder charges almost 4 years after being wrongly accused.
Justice has been served. I'm no legal expert here, but it wouldn't take such a title to see her innocence. Like I said before, I watched this case unfold from day one, and never once, did I ever doubt that she did not commit this heinous crime.
I feel awful for the victim’s family, obviously, but the man who did kill their daughter is in jail. And he will remain in jail for another 16 years, I believe. That is not enough in my book, but he will answer to a higher power one day and get what he deserves.
I hope Amanda gets home, and somehow finds a way to live a life that she wants, one full of freedom and far from an Italian jail cell.
God Bless America...and the Italian justice system.
xoxo Sara Marie
