These tire updates are turning into the Tica Tammy updates. What a fiasco.
The tire is still not fixed. After the bad decision that was NTB here, I made an appointment with Lamb's Tire. They were so nice and helpful. They special ordered my tire and got it in the same day. Or so I thought.
I went yesterday and it turns out the wrong tire was delivered. Ahhhh. I couldn't be mad though. They were very apologetic immediately. They even told me they will waive the mounting fees and labor costs. All I will have to pay is the amount for the tire...pretty great customer service.
I'll be heading over soon to get the tire fixed once and for all, and I'm looking forward to it even because they have these comfy chairs to sit in while you wait. It's the little things folks.
