Well sort of. I posted here and here about my terrible experience at NTB. Well, folks the Corporate Manager just called me and apologized. Not only that, but he also offered to pay for the new tire I had to buy (at a different tire shop) after they blew the patch job and were really rude. That is impressive folks.
If I am in this "needing a tire or tire repair" situation again, I will still probably go with Lamb's Tire. They got it right the first time. But I will take back my "please don't ever go to NTB, ever" request. Make your own choice. You can be sure if NTB does screw it up; they will probably make up for it too.
