Well, hold please, Friday night was simple. I headed out to my parents house to get ready for a golf tournament I was helping them with on Saturday. We went to the gym and had chinese food... not exactly picture worthy. But then there was Saturday...
Saturday after the tournament we headed home for a much needed nap. But before I could snooze my lil sis and Auntie Kimbo came over with a surprise for me!
A BALLLER gift basket. It was a little thank you for letting her and a friend stay at my condo during the ACL Fest last weekend. And I will say this, after a nice basket like that, she can stay with me ANYTIME!
After that, since the family was already together, we went to Jack Allen's Kitchen for dinner. It was so delicious. And like always, I had the the banana dessert...or a small portion of it...
Sunday went just as well as the rest of the weekend. It started with Sunday things... nails, gym, car wash, grocery store... the usual. Then I came home to my condo where my new roomie and I had a fab evening...
We hung by the pool a little bit... then we whipped up a little breakfast for dinner...
We had some scrambled eggs and spinach on wheat flat bread, in a word, delicious. No big deal.
Finally we set up Lauren's new room in my little office. It's small, but looks pretty comfortable for the time being...
So that was it. And this week is already shaping up to be a great week. We have Monday night football for the Cowboys, my boyfriend is coming in early in the week, a friend is getting married, and I return to the softball field!!!! In between will be some fun stuff here to, so check back soon!
