Injury Update

I went to see Doc yesterday. Doc from Costa Rica, Tica Tam's rescuer is a real Doctor, hence the nickname. Anyway she got me all straightened out and suggested compression tape for my chest and wrist. So I look like this....

Yep. Hot, I know. BUT IT'S WORKING. It feels like there is a warm towel being gently pressed against my sternum. It is fantastic, and the bump that was there is already significantly smaller.

I'm going back next Wednesday and kind of can't wait! The idea of being healthy again is fabulous... now if I can just stay that way....
