Homecoming....

It's Homecoming Weekend 2011 at my beloved Fordham University up in New York.

I've only attended one since graduating back in '07 and it kind of breaks my heart.

I love Fordham...all things Fordham. I love New York City, the Bronx, Arthur Avenue, the campus, the old buildings, Eddie's Parade, the RAMS, Howl at the Moon, Pugsleys, Walsh apartments, wow the list goes on and on.

But what I really love are the people. Fordham is such a tight knit network. It is a big, small school. With several campuses throughout the world- Bronx, Lincoln Center, Westchester, London, Asia- there are over ten thousand undergrad and graduate students. But right there at the main campus at Rose Hill it is a small community. And I loved nothing more than being a part of it.

So here's to all those journeying back to the BX this weekend! One day I'll join you, not this year unfortunately, but hopefully next.
