Friday was Happy Hour at the Four Season in honor of my coworker Lauren. It was awesome. If you ever get the chance, definitely hit up Happy Hour at Trio and/or the Lobby Lounge. Both are priced very well. And if you are in the Lobby Lounge, order the Batini. We had two of these little gems. The first one I asked for without the simple syrup, and it was certainly not the best drink I've ever had, but the second came with all the normal ingredients, and it was delicious!
This is the Batini. Beautiful and yummy. It's some special mix of Tito's, Blackberry puree, Champagne, and simple syrup.
Saturday I headed out to the lake with my sister and her hubby. We had a really nice time relaxing in the water. Usually there are far more people who come along, friends of my brother-in-law, or sister, or even my buddies, but this time it was just us, and just perfect.

Finally, on Sunday, I had a day of family time. We cooked a bunch of food, and took it over to some of our favorite people in the world, the Freers. My addition to the day-o-food was the turkey and spinach lasagna from last weekend. And it was even better than before!
