Summer Sangria

If you know anything about me, you know I LOVE sangria! Below is a fantastic "Skinny Sangria." I did take most of it from Bethenny Frankel's Skinny Girl Recipe, but I altered it a tad for my taste. Last summer I took 4 bottles of this on a weekend retreat with some friends, and it is a weekend that went down in history as one of the most fun ever! Enjoy!!

4 White Plums
1/2lb of Red Grapes
1 Green Apple
1 1/2 bottles of Prosecco
12oz Fresca

Slice the Plums and Apple, then cut the grapes in half. Pour the Prosecco and Fresca over the fruit in a pitcher and serve.

This isn't a picture of the above recipe, because I can't find one, but it's close and still looks delicious!!!
