Obsession...

I have recently joined Pinterest. And it's a lot of fun to "pin" all sorts of different things throughout the day, or a few days, and then go back and see what you have compiled on your "boards." I have been "pinning" lots of future ideas. Things like Christmas decorations and furniture that I'd love to buy one day, and obviously lots of shoes and dresses!

And yesterday when I decided to take a scroll through the "Style by Sara Marie" board, I noticed something. I AM OBSESSED WITH GLITTER. And sparkle, and shiny anything. Here are some examples....

And when I really realized I had lost it on the sparkles is when I was on my morning run the other day. In Austin, along the Hike and Bike trail, there are tons of dogs. I am dying to get one, but given my condo-living and ever-changing career, it's impossible. I would, however, continue to debate with myself the perfect dog choice. And I had all but decided on a brown Lab. Until the other morning, when it hit me like a ton of bricks. I want a silky, shiny gray Weimaraner. And I want to name her Sparkle.

Obviously I would change out that collar for something that, in fact, sparkles!

So that's it. I'm totally obsessed with glitter, and shine, and sparkle. So much so, that I have planned my wardrobe, nail color and future dog around them.
