Joe DiMaggio's last words were "Now I'll get to see Marilyn."
I just finished reading a pretty insightful article in Vanity Fair about the American legend. And while the article did reveal some pretty peculiar characteristics in the famed Yankee, it also highlighted the great love story between DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe. That final line ended his life and the article, and reading it sent chills down my spine.
